The goal of Team Trek is to remind you that you are never alone!
Within our community, thousands of veterans face challenges with their mental health and often underestimate their true potential. Making the transition to everyday civilian life can be far from easy for us. By sharing these experiences, our podcast brings clarity by identifying the challenges and ways to heal so that we can see the possibilities ahead.
Team Trek's aim is to transform lives one step at a time. Each of us have something to offer and every individual counts. By telling our own stories, we want to support not just the veteran community but everyone who is coping with adversity and seeking a path forward.
We started Team trek with the founder of Empower Academy who is dedicated to elevating our next generation of women. His mission is to enable these women not just to physically handle a confrontation, but to prevent themselves from becoming targets in the first place.
